With K-State’s Open House being this weekend, I have been busy creating new materials for Zeta to use for the event. With the help of great free resources from The Creative Market, I was able to design a sign in sheet for potential new members, an informational map to guide parents and students to Zeta’s house, as well as where to park, and a poster for a philanthropy activity.
Promotional social media flyer for Zeta Tau Alpha to pass out at a recruiting event. I decided to go for a simple, girly theme since the flyer has a lot of different information on it….and also because it was my first time messing around with a pack of gold textures I downloaded from Creative Market.
This was the first geometric background I have attempted to do from scratch. This event invitation took forever to get the background to look right and I think now I would like to make a couple of shape adjustments on it; even a possible font or color change. This was used for a social media post to promote a recruiting event for Zeta Tau Alpha at Kansas State University.
This is a project I worked on for an old boss of mine. She owned a western store and was in need of a professional price tag for her products. We settled on a textured background that coordinated with the color scheme of her store and kept the colors featured in her logo consistent throughout the design.
For my sorority, we were in need of an invitation to hand out to potential new members. This will be printed on matte coated card stock. This project was much more feminine than one of my usual projects. However, it has grown on me and I am quite proud of it.
Zeta was in need of a flyer that described their events for spring recruitment. Since one of ZTA’s colors was teal blue, I wanted to incorporate that into the design as much as possible. I thought the watercolor background would keep the design light and give it a calming effect.
